Update: The Regional Specialty and the Supported Entries being sponsored by the New Pen Del Newfoundland Dog Club in conjunction with the Harrisburg Kennel Club scheduled for April 11, 12 and 13 will prove to be a very exciting weekend full of events. Among the show activities, a fun filled post show dinner is planned for Saturday evening with a cocktail hour and a brown bag auction. (Note: Some items may be auctioned off.) This will be held at the Holiday Inn. Pictured are some of the items you will see up for auction or to be raffled off. There will be a lot of great collector items, one of a kind items and baskets and fun dog items to win. So be sure to come and take your chances of winning some of these great things. New-Pen-Del announces an AWESOME weekend of shows in the spring of 2008!!
Four days of class judging... Three days of Puppy & Veteran Sweepstakes!
Obedience!! Rally!!! Lovely trophies all three days!
And hopefully four days of majors in both sexes!!!!!!!!!!!
New-Pen-Del will be hosting an NCA Regional Specialty in conjunction with the
Harrisburg Kennel Club All-Breed show, on Saturday, April 12, 2008. NPD will
also be supporting the entry with Sweepstakes at the Chambersburg Kennel Club
Show on Friday, April 11, 2008, as well as supporting the entry with Sweepstakes at
the Mason-Dixon Kennel Club Show on Sunday, April 13, 2008.
These shows are a part of the fabulous 4 day Blue & Grey Cluster. (Thursday thru
Sunday, April 10-13), all at the same indoor location, the Farm Show Complex in
Harrisburg, PA.
***The Harrisburg Kennel Club Show is also taped for airing on the Animal
Planet.
For those planning a trip to the NCA National Specialty in Rhode Island in '08,
this weekend is a perfect opportunity to "warm up", with 4 days of judging,
including three days with Puppy and Veteran Sweeps!!!!! Sweepstakes judges
are Phyllis Welch of Spillway Newfoundlands (Regional), Lou Ann Lenner of Sun
Valley Newfoundlands, and Peter Green, AKC judge and professional handler
from the famous "Green Team".
The Blue & Gray Cluster weekend also offers many additional things to look
forward to - Regular and Rally Obedience, Puppy Match, Health Clinic, Seminars,
and many vendors for shopping! The site does have RV parking with limited

New-Pen-Del will be hosting a dinner on Saturday night where we can all enjoy
each other's company and celebrate our wonderful breed in a relaxed
atmosphere. There will be a Brown Bag Auction at the banquet as well as the
drawing of the lucky winning tickets for our Super Spring Raffle. For further
